Cool Dark Cosmic Dust as a Reservoir of Absorbed Energy

The conception of cool dark cosmic dust has been proposed. The process of
accumulation of absorbed energy by dust of such kind is considered. The
conception of accumulation horizon is introduced. The possible role of cool
dark cosmic dust is discussed for solution of the problem of dark matter. The
other aspects of the problem are also considered.
